The New World Order, or NWO for short, is a vast collection of conspiracy-related theories that ultimately point to a slow progression towards a tyrannical, single government world of oppression. Unlike many conspiracy theories, the theories about the NWO are far more complex, and often, different culprits and motives are given. The most common suspects of trying to implement the New World Order are the Illuminati, the Freemasons, royal bloodlines, banking cartels, corporations and social engineers. In some theories, the culprits are tied together and working in concert. In others, different groups work at odds with each other.
However, all New World Order theorists believe that a shadowy group is controlling everything behind the scenes, from wars, foreign policies, politics, and economies to social engineering, civil rights, crime, and individuals.

Plans for the New World OrderThe New World Order's ultimate goal is enslavement of the human race and total control of the world, down to every aspect of every human's life. It is believed that the many social problems present in the world today are a result of behind the scenes scheming to set the stage for single world government take-over.

The Elemental Players of the New World OrderMuch that is believed about the New World order is a collage of both secular and religious ideologies. They range from the patently ridiculous to the more substantiated and troubling. All agree though, on one thing: a single world government system run by a secret group of individuals who wish to consolidate and control all aspects of all life in all countries worldwide.
Bloodlines
A common theme through most conspiracy circles is that the core of the NWO conspirators comes from old and selected bloodlines of nefarious origin. Royalty, especially the British Monarchy, is the most often cited. However, it also includes many wealthy banking and industrialist families, such as the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, DuPonts, Kissingers, amongst others. These bloodlines are alleged to have been planning over millennia for their rise to power and dominance over a single world system.
Secret SocietiesDifferent Secret Societies, such as the Freemasons, Illuminati, Skull and Bones, the Shriners, Bohemian Grove, the Bilderbergs and other secretive groups are the most commonly suspected and accused of masterminding and engineering everything behind the scenes. Often, people point to what they believe are secret symbols of esoteric societies that are planted everywhere as reminders of their power. Secret Societies are often tied to bloodlines, as many theorists believe that shadowy groups are how selected individuals and chosen people of special bloodlines network together to plan, plot, and pull the strings.
FreemasonryThe Freemasons are alleged to be involved either directly or indirectly in a lot of money/power based crimes such as the illegal drugs industry, political assassinations, and Satanism and mind control. There is apparently very few within the brotherhood who know the full agenda of the organization, these privileged members have allegedly become know as the ‘Illuminati’, it is thought that the other members of the Freemasons have become ignorant of the true purpose of their individual organizations. To be selected to rise in the ranks of the brotherhood it is said that you have to be wealthy, ambitious and corrupt enough see the wider picture, which is apparently world domination. Some have suggested that the lower organizations and members of the brotherhood are there to provide a front to the public, a smokescreen, providing misinformation
To betray the Brotherhood is considered by them to be an ultimate betrayal, it is alleged that such a betrayal can be punishable by death within the organization. The membership in the Freemasons reach far and wide and branch into many government agencies for example it is alleged that many Freemasons are judges and lawyers, media moguls, businessmen and politicians. These people were thought to have been recruited so that no member of the Brotherhood elite is ever in danger of being held accountable by the System for any crime or misdemeanor.
Various suggestions have been made by individuals that to ensure the faithfulness of its members, the masons at the higher levels ask the initiated member to give details of intimate secrets. This is apparently done so that if the member breaks any of the rules the information that person gave would be used against them by publicly destroying the individual.
Amongst its members the Brotherhood has George Bush, Percy Rockefeller, Winston Lord (one time CFR chairman) and nine members of the board of the Morgan Guaranty Trust. Also associated with Freemasonry within the Elite's own hierarchies are other esoteric societies such as the Grand Orient Lodges, The Knights of Malta, The Knights Templar, P2 and the Black Nobility.
Many believe that they own the law and military, it is also suggested that they own many oil companies and pharmaceutical companies as well. The Brotherhood has been accused of having their hand in almost everything, with members in various important positions throughout the world. It has been suggested by various people that while the first three degree Masons and The Round Table members are raising money for charity and enjoying relatively harmless social events, their superiors in the Craft are organizing wars, drug pushing, co-ordinated assassinations, mind-control and formulating plans for world domination.
The Round TableThe Round Table was said to have been established in 1891 as a secret society, their job was allegedly to manipulate events that would lead to a centralized global government. The leading lights were Cecil Rhodes, whose wealth largely derived from the exploitation of South African diamond reserves, and Alfred Milner, a Rothschild agent who took over after the death of Rhodes. Financial backing was said to have came from the Rockefellers.
Groups were said to have been established throughout the world, they were allegedly behind the scenes co-ordinating world banks, their purpose was said to bring pressure upon governments.

As well as Milner, who had apparently controlled Lloyd George's War Cabinet during the Great War, members in the first half of this century included Arthur Balfour (then Foreign Secretary, later Prime Minister and whose Balfour Declaration created the State of Israel); Lord Astor who owned The Times; and Nathan Rothschild, Governor of the Bank of England. After WW1, The Round Table was said to have been very instrumental in the formation of the League Of Nations, the forerunner of the Elite-controlled United Nations.
Rhodes' legacy includes a bequeathal of funds for the financial sponsorship of selected overseas students who attend Oxford University to be sold the New World Order. Amongst these 'Rhodes Scholars' was said to have been Bill Clinton. The influence of The Round Table and that of the various groups it has spawned is said to be seen today, although it is suggested that the majority of members have no idea of what they are involved in.
The Bilderberg GroupThis group convened in 1954 by a Polish socialist named Joseph Retinger, he was considered to be a major voice behind the European Union. Another man who was said to have been instrumental in its creation was Prince Bernhard of the House of Orange in the Netherlands (he was alleged to be a former German SS officer and spy via chemical company I.G. Farben and who later became chairman of Shell Oil).
This group is said to be full of leading politicians, their advisors, executives from media, banking and multinational corporations, educationalists and military leaders. They would meet to discuss the global future by addressing matters of critical importance in an off-the-record manner so that the distractions of politics could be kept out of the way.
The group has since met annually in strict secrecy and despite the considerable high-level media representation in the group the meetings have never been reported. Leading the group is an unelected steering committee, the chairman of which since 1991 has been Lord Carrington.
International Political and Financial OrganizationsCertain political, financial, and international bodies, such as the International Monetary Fund, The Trilateral Commission, the Project for a New American Century, the World Bank, the United Nations, The Federal Reserve, the Bilderbergs and the European Union are believed to be the public fronts for implementing the policies and events that will eventually lead to the New World Order. The bodies perform various functions and carry out the different tasks dictated by the shadowy ruling groups, who run them from behind the scenes. These organizations are to carry out the slow erosion of national boundaries, time honored social institutions, economies, cultures, and individual rights.
FEMAProf. Samuel P. Huntington created FEMA known in America as the Federal Emergency Management Agency in 1979 under the Presidential Memorandum 32 authored by President Carter.
The powers given to FEMA by President Carter incorporated the following:
* The National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities;
* The 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy;
* The Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency;
* The International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national.
Huntington who was a Harvard professor and former FEMA Advisory Board chairman, went on to write the Seminal Peace for the Trilateral Commission in the mid-70’s, in this he criticizes democracy and the economic development as being out dated. As co-author of the book, Crisis in Democracy, Huntington wrote:
"We have come to recognize that there are potential desirable limits to economic growth. There are also potentially desirable limits to the indefinite extension of political democracy. A government which lacks authority will have little ability short of cataclysmic crisis to impose on its people the sacrifices which may be necessary."
President Regan enacted the National Security Directive #47 in July 1982 after it had been rewritten to include Huntington’s ideas. The media of the day apparently treated this as a passing footnote as it was said to have contained legitimate area’s to be upgraded to maintain national defense. It also is said to have contained with in it the groundwork for Emergency Mobilization Preparedness, a plan under which existing socio/economic regulations or other legal constraints would be waived in the event of a national emergency. This plan went on to be further strengthened in Public Law 101-647 that was signed by President Bush in November 1990.
What all this is said to come to is that if the President were to declare a national emergency, for any reason (from major earthquakes to increased international tensions or economic /financial crisis of any stripe), FEMA then has the sole authority to implement Executive Orders 10995 through 11005.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the President declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
These Executive Orders are said to be able to permit FEMA to effectively take over local, state and national governments and to suspend the constitutional guarantees. FEMA will then have the authority to exert any sort of control that it deems to be necessary upon the American public. Some people believe that a trained National Police Force, formally referred to by the name of Multi Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF), composed of:
1. Specially selected US military personnel
2. Foreign military units carrying United Nations ID cards, and
3. Specially trained existing police groups from larger metropolitan American cities.
These alleged members of the MJTF would have the power to implement and enforce martial law under the direction and control of FEMA. A lot of people believe that FEMA is the Trojan Horse by which the New World Order will implement overt, police state control over the American populace.
Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA)This is said to be one of the more powerful of the Round Tables, they are based at Chatham House in London and they formed in 1920. A prominent member of the delegation was alleged to have been Milner and its patron is the Queen of England.
The membership of the RIIA has been shrouded in secrecy. Some have alleged that its joint presidents are Lord Carrington (former Foreign Secretary, director-general of NATO and close business partner of Henry Kissinger), Lord James Callaghan (former Foreign Secretary and Prime Minister) and Lord Roy Jenkins (former Chancellor of the Exchequer and president of the European Commission).
The funding for this group is said to be derived from its corporate members which is a vast list including government departments, petrochemical companies (who also fund its Environment Program!), merchant and high street banks, newspapers, television stations, the Church of England, Amnesty International, to name but a few.
Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)The Rockefellers allegedly created the Council on Foreign Relations in 1921, it is said to be the American version of the RIIA. Its membership is more known than that of its counterpart, it appears that anyone in America with any sort of influence in politics has been a member of this group. This allegedly included 14 of the last 18 US Secretaries of State; the previous eight CIA directors; the majority of presidential and vice-presidential candidates including Eisenhower, Nixon, Carter, Mondale, Ford, Nelson Rockefeller, Bush and Clinton.
The Trilateral CommissionThe Trilateral Commission has been known as the 'Child of Bilderberg', founded by David Rockefeller in 1972-73, the purpose of this group is said to be to unify the policies of the US, Europe and Japan.
House of RothschildThe Rothschild empire was founded by Mayer Amschel Bauer (born 1743 in Frankfurt) with money that has been said to have been embezzled from a German prince, William IX, who had in turn stolen the money from soldiers he was supplying to the British in the American War of Independence.
Nathan, the son of Bauer (now Rothschild), was said to have set up the London branch and established the banking interest, N.M. Rothschild and Sons, which also had branches in Paris, Vienna, Berlin and Naples. Control passed through Nathan's son Lionel to Nathan Mayer Rothschild who became Governor of the Bank of England, was awarded a peerage in 1885 and was a member of the Round Table. At this time (1886-87) Randolph Churchill (Winston's father) was Chancellor of the Exchequer, funded by the Rothschilds and a close friend of Nathaniel Rothschild.
Other notable family membersLord Victor Rothschild, who was the alleged '5th man' in the KGB spy ring, was in charge of the 'Regulation 18b' prosecutions under Winston Churchill whereby a person could by arrested and imprisoned merely 'on suspicion'. He is said to have been head of Edward Heath's policy unit (1970-74) and allegedly head of an unnamed subversive organization designed to manipulate the introduction of a Federal Europe. He was also once a governor of the BBC.
Baron Edmund de Rothschild was instrumental in the 'debt for equity' schemes whereby Third World countries gave up 'environmentally sensitive' land as a payment for debts. Evelyn de Rothschild is the current chairman of N.M. Rothschild and is a member of the board of the Daily Telegraph, owned by the Hollinger Group
Rockefeller EmpireThe Rockefeller Empire largely based on oil, largely the Standard Oil Company set up by John D. Rockefeller in 1853. (Part of this is now more familiar as Exxon and Esso.)
JD Rockefeller III has been noted as setting up the Population Council in 1952 which, ever since, has been advocating zero population growth in the US. In 1972 Lawrence Rockefeller (CFR, Bil, and TC) who was appointed by Nixon to lead a commission into population growth echoed this sentiment.
When Ford became president as a result of Nixon's resignation in the aftermath of Watergate, Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller became vice-president (1974-77). A member of the CFR, he had formerly been part of the US delegation at the creation of the UN.
A key family member is David Rockefeller who is head of the Chase Manhattan Bank, was chairman of the CFR (1946-53), is an omnipresent Bilderberger and creator of the Trilateral Commission.
The Rockefellers donated money for the construction of the League of Nations headquarters in Geneva and donated the land in New York on which the UN headquarters are built.
Mind ManipulationMind control experiments, the so-called Nazi science, has been alleged to be going on for decades using esoteric knowledge about the human psyche.
There are those that believe that mass Hypnosis are possible by the repetition of a basic theme until it is accepted as fact by the subconscious and then conscious mind. Such messages can be flashed during T.V. Programs or films and are not perceived by the eyes and conscious mind. Alternatively, the mesmerizing and sedating effect of television puts the subconscious mind into an ideal state to receive messages sent to the psyche via carrier t.v. /radio waves.
Some people believe that scientists and the government understand that by broadcasting at certain frequencies, non-physical magnetic levels can be imbalanced to cause physical, emotional and mental illness. There is said to be technology that exists whereby thoughts can be induced by stimulating brainwaves.
Considered to be a very sinister and far-fetched mind control program by some people is Project MKULTRA, which has said to be run on behalf of the CIA. During Project Paperclip, Nazi scientists were moved to the US and given prestigious positions at the leading colleges, universities and NASA after World War II to continue their experiments in which thousands of 'lesser human beings' – prisoners, mental patients, victims of pedophilia and incest etc. – have been forced to participate. Experiments have included removing a person's existing personality by electrotherapy and then compartmentalizing and programming new ones by psychic driving. These makes the 'subject' obsessed with certain ideas and is undoubtedly used to 'program' so-called lone assassins. The CIA openly admit to having used this form of subversive technology for use against America's political enemies but flatly denies that it would ever be used on home territory.
The Tavistock InstituteThe Tavistock Institute was formed in 1947 and is an independent non profit organization. Their goal is to seek to combine research in the social sciences with professional practice. Problems of institution-building and organizational design and change are being tackled in all sectors - government, industry and commerce, health and welfare, education, etc. - nationally and internationally, and clients range from multinationals to small community groups. A growth area has been the use of a developmental approach to evaluation of new and experimental programs, particularly in health, education and community development. This has also produced new training events alongside the regular program of group relation’s conferences. The Institute owns and edits the monthly journal Human Relations (published by Plenum Press) which is now in its 48th year, and has recently launched (in conjunction with Sage Publications) a new journal Evaluation.
There are those that say that there are three main elements that seem to make this Institute unusual, if not unique, it has the ability to self- financing with no government subsidies or from other sources. The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London created the ideology of American foundations. In 1921, the Duke of Bedford, Marquess of Tavistock, the 11th Duke, gave a building to the Institute to study the effect of shellshock on British soldiers who survived World War I. Its purpose was to establish the "breaking point" of men under stress, under the direction of the British Army Bureau of Psychological Warfare.
Tavistock Institute is headquartered in London. Its prophet, Sigmond Freud, settled in Maresfield Gardens when he moved to England. Princess Bonaparte gave him a mansion. Tavistock's pioneer work in behavioral science along Freudian lines of "controlling" humans established it as the world center of foundation ideology. Its network is now said to extend from the University of Sussex to the U.S. through the Stanford Research Institute, Esalen, MIT, Hudson Institute, Heritage Foundation, Center of Strategic and International Studies at Georgetown, where State Dept. personal are said to have trained the US Air Force Intelligence, and the Rand and Mitre corporations. The personnel of the corporations are allegedly required to undergo indoctrination at one or more of these Tavistock controlled institutions. A network of secret groups,The Mont. Pelerine Society, The Trilateral Commission, Ditchley Foundation, and The Club of Rome is conduit for instructions to the Tavistock network.
Some people have said that the Tavistock Institute developed the mass brainwashing techniques that were first used experimentally on American prisoners of war in Korea. Dr Byron Weeks has claimed that the institutes’ experiments in crowd control methods have been widely used on the American public, a surreptitious but nevertheless outrageous assault on human freedom by modifying individual behavior through topical psychology. A German refugee, Kurt Lewin, became director of Tavistock in 1932. He came to the U.S. in 1933 as a "refugee", the first of many infiltrators, and set up the Harvard Psychology Clinic, which originated the propaganda campaign to turn the American public against Germany and involve us in World War II.
President Roosevelt apparently executed a secret agreement that was made with Churchill in 1938. This agreement in effect ceded U.S. sovereignty to England, because it agreed to let Special Operations Executive control U.S. policies. This agreement was implemented when Roosevelt sent General Donovan to London for indoctrination before setting up OSS (now the CIA) under the aegis of SOE-SIS. People have stated that the entire OSS program, as well as the CIA has always worked on guidelines set up by the Tavistock Institute.
The Tavistock Institute had allegedly originated the mass civilian bombing raids carried out by Roosevelt and Churchill purely as a clinical experiment in mass terror, keeping records of the results as they watched the "guinea pigs" reacting under "controlled laboratory conditions". All Tavistock and American foundation techniques have a single goal---to break down the psychological strength of the individual and render him helpless to oppose the dictators of the World Order. The Tavistock scientists as weapons of crowd control use any technique, which helps to break down the family unit, and family inculcated principles of religion, honor patriotism and sexual behavior.
The methods of Freudian psychotherapy induce permanent mental illness in those who undergo this treatment by destabilizing their character. The victim is then advised to "establish new rituals of personal interaction", that is, to indulge in brief sexual encounters which actually set the participants adrift with no stable personal relationships in their lives, destroying their ability to establish or maintain a family. Tavistock Institute has developed such power in the U.S. that no one achieves prominence in any field unless he has been trained in behavioral science at Tavistock or one of its subsidiaries.
Henry Kissinger, whose meteoric rise to power is otherwise inexplicable, was a German refugee and student of Sir John Rawlings-Reese at SHAEF. Dr. Peter Bourne, a Tavistock Institute psychologist, had allegedly picked Jimmy Carter for President of the U.S. solely because Carter had undergone an intensive brainwashing program administered by Admiral Hyman Rickover at Annapolis. The so called "experiment" in compulsory racial integration in the U.S. was organized by Ronald Lippert, of the OSS and the American Jewish Congress, and director of child training at the Commission on Community Relations. The program was apparently designed to break down the individual's sense of personal knowledge in his identity, his racial heritage. Through The Stanford Research Institute, Tavistock controls the National Education Association. The Institute of Social Research at the National Training Lab brainwashes the leading executives of business and government.
Another alleged Tavistock operation is the Wharton School of Finance, at the University of Pennsylvania. A single common denominator identifies the common Tavistock strategy---the use of drugs. The infamous MK Ultra program of the CIA, in which unsuspecting CIA officials were given LSD, and their reaction studied like "guinea pigs", resulted in several deaths.
One part of MK Ultra was the Human Ecology Fund; the CIA also paid Dr. Herbert Kelman of Harvard to carry out further experiments on Mind Control. In the 1950s, the CIA financed extensive LSD experiments in Canada. Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, president of the Canadian Psychological Association, and director of Royal Victorian Hospital, Montreal, received large payments from the CIA to give 53 patients large doses of LSD and record their reactions; the patients were drugged into weeks of sleep and then given electric shock treatments. One victim, the wife of a member of the Canadian Parliament, is now suing the U.S. companies who provided the drug for the CIA. All the records of the CIA's drug testing program were ordered destroyed by the head of MK Ultra. Because all efforts of the Tavistock Institute are directed toward producing cyclical collapse, the effects of the CIA programs are tragically apparent. R. It carries on program surveillance for Bechtel, Kaiser, and 400 other companies, and extensive intelligence operations for the CIA. It is the largest institution on the West Coast promoting Mind Control and the behavioral sciences.
One of the principal but little known operations of the Rockefeller Foundation is said to have been its techniques for controlling world agriculture. Its director, Kenneth Wernimont, set up Rockefeller controlled agricultural programs throughout Mexico and Latin America.
Daniel Coit Gilman incorporated the Russell Sage Foundation with Cleveland H. Dodge of the National City Bank. These foundation incorporations have been closely linked with The Federal Reserve System, the War Industries Board of World War I, the OSS of World War II and the CIA. They have also been closely linked with the American International Corporation, which was formed to instigate the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. Delano, an uncle of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was on the original Board of Governors of The Federal Reserve System in 1914. His brother-in-law founded the influential Washington law firm of Covington and Burling. The Delanos and other ruling families of the World Order trace their lineage directly back to William of Orange and the regime that granted the charter of the Bank of England.
